The 4th Annual Creole Food Festival returns to Miami on Saturday, April 13th from 1pm-7pm at Lincoln Road Mall with a powerhouse lineup to celebrate culture through cuisine. Showcasing the best in creole cuisine from award-winning black and brown chefs from regions such as Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, South America, and the Southern United States, this year’s lineup hopes to challenge “institutional norms.”
This year the festival will feature host, Tico Armand and has added these renowned Chefs for a one-of-a-kind experience:
- Chef Todd Richards (USA)—James Beard Award Winner and featured in Netflix Series High on the Hog
- Chef Jouvens Jean (Bahamas)—Food Network’s Chopped Champion
- Chef Irie (Jamaica)—Winner of SOBEFF 2023-2024
- Chef Alain Lemaire (Haiti)— Host Chef on “Luda Can’t Cook” series feat Rapper Ludacris
- Chef Cat Hinds (Trinidad)—Renowned Vegan Chef and Contestant Cutthroat Kitchen
- Chef Jason Pierre (Haiti)— Former chef at Renown Montreal Restaurant Agrikol
- Chef Thia (Italy)— Winner of Embassy Chef Challenge
