Clear your calendar because People Matter Fest is back, and this time, it’s taking over Traz Powell Stadium!
Join 103.5 The Beat’s own Papa Keith and crew on March 18, 2023 for this annual Hip-Hop Festival 4 The People.
The Brooklyn native started PMF back in 2017 as part of his “Papa Keith 4 People Matter” or PK4PM campaign. The festival serves as a way to address gun violence in Miami-Dade’s inner cities through giving kids and youth a first class free music festival in their own community.
“This festival is something my team and I work very hard to produce. We do something that celebrates people. We do something that young people can appreciate,” said Papa Keith. “Myself and my team do this because it’s something we believe in. We don’t do it for the money, for the photo ops or the props. We do this because people, our people, truly matter.”
Past festival performers include Trina, Sam Sneak, Brianna Perry, Rick Ross, Trick Daddy and the City Girls.
