No ABFF Pass? Here Are the Free Festival Events You Can Still Pull Up To

The American Black Film Festival may be one of the biggest celebrations of Black storytelling, creativity, and culture, but let’s be real: festival passes and event tickets aren’t always in everybody’s budget. Between screenings, panels, parties, and travel costs, attending a multi-day festival can add up fast.

Still, that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the Black joy, creativity, and community that make ABFF week in Miami Beach so special. Organizers have carved out several free community events throughout the festival, giving locals and visitors alike a chance to experience the culture without spending a dime.

From outdoor movie nights to cultural tours and community screenings, here’s a lineup of free ABFF events worth pulling up to this weekend.
