School Board Member Dr.Steve Gallon Hosts Monthly Student Recognition Ceremony at Carol City Middle School

On Tuesday, April 7, 2026 School Board Member Dr. Steve Gallon held his monthly Student Recognition Ceremony at Carol City Middle School. Students, parents, teachers, and administrators attended the celebration designed to recognize the success of students in District 1.

Students were honored for their leadership, academic achievement, attendance, generosity, improvement, kindness, and showing a positive attitude in the pursuit of learning. Each student received a certificate of achievement, a medal, and a Student of the Month T-shirt.

“I am once again both honored and grateful for the incredible support shown during this month’s celebration of our students,” said Dr. Gallon in a press statement. “The ongoing success of District 1 is made possible through the steadfast dedication of our parents, families, and community partners. Your continued involvement plays a vital role in the education and empowerment of our students. This evening’s ceremony was a powerful reflection of that collective commitment.”
