Broward County Animal Care Offers Free Community Pet Care Clinics to Support Pet Wellness Across the County

As holiday stress, travel, and decorations can impact pet health, Broward County Animal Care is stepping in to help residents keep their pets strong and healthy during this festive time. From November 13 to 15, the county’s official pet adoption and animal welfare agency will host free Community Pet Care Clinics, offering preventative services such as rabies vaccinations, microchipping, and other essential wellness care at no cost to Broward County residents. Online pre registration is encouraged as time slots fill.

“Healthy pets are a part of happier families. Our free Community Pet Care Clinics provide essential wellness services, ensuring our residents can safeguard their pets as they navigate the holiday season,” said Doug Brightwell, Broward County Animal Care director.

The Community Pet Care Clinics will be held as follows:

● Wednesday, November 13, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Tyrone Bryant Branch Library
2230 N.W. 21st Avenue, Fort Lauderdale


● Friday, November 15, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Carver Ranches Library
4735 S.W. 18th Street, West Park
