NoMi Music Fest 2024 Kicks off Feb. 24th Featuring Iconic Artists Johnny Gill, Ralph Tresvant, and More to Headline

The City of North Miami announces the return of its anticipated annual event, the NoMi Music Fest 2024. The event will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., at Cagni Park, located at 13498 NE 8 Avenue, North Miami.

The legendary Johnny Gill will joined by New Edition group mate Ralph Tresvant with other performances to include Changing Faces, Jekalynn Carr, Trina, Shirley Murdock. The event will be hosted by rapper Chubb Rock.

Since its inception in 2016, the NoMi Music Fest has evolved from a modest “Music in the Plaza” gathering into a full fledged festival, drawing thousands of music enthusiasts from across South Florida. In 2017, the city established a dedicated 501c3 entity to manage the festival, with proceeds directed towards supporting North Miami residents facing challenges with utility bills. Over the years, the NoMi Music Fest has not only provided entertainment but has also served as a beacon of hope and assistance for those in need.

“This event has become a cherished tradition that embodies the vibrancy and unity of our community,” said City of North Miami Mayor Alix Desulme, on the visionary behind the NoMi Music Fest. “It’s more than just a concert; it’s a celebration of our culture and a testament to the power of giving back.”
