Raise your hand if “Working out more” was #1 on your New Year’s Resolution list? No need to feel alone because I guarantee you’re in good company!
Studies show that health-related topics are the most common New Year’s resolutions among all genders. 48% of people want to exercise more, making it the most popular New Year’s resolution, followed by eating healthier and losing weight.
Luckily, Chairman Oliver Gilbert has launched the new #XerciseDaily challenge to encourage more people in the community to get active for at least 30 minutes a day doing the exercise of their choice!
“With every New Year, we have the opportunity to start new habits,” said Chairman Gilbert. “An opportunity to introduce a new mentality; An opportunity to become better.”
Miami residents are encouraged to join @XerciseDaily and Chairman Gilbert in the effort to improving the community’s overall health and wellness.
