If you didn’t score tickets to the FIFA World Cup matches, don’t worry—you can still be part of the excitement.
The official FIFA Fan Festival™ has officially transformed Downtown Miami’s Bayfront Park into one of the hottest destinations in the city, giving soccer fans and families a chance to experience the energy of the 2026 FIFA World Cup without stepping inside a stadium. Running daily through July 5, the festival is free and open to the public, making it one of the largest free events happening in South Florida this summer.
Think of it as Miami’s version of a giant community watch party—just turned all the way up.
Fans can watch every FIFA World Cup match live on massive screens while enjoying live concerts, DJs, cultural performances, interactive soccer experiences, family-friendly activities and food inspired by Miami’s diverse cultures. Whether you’re a die-hard fútbol fan or just looking for something fun to do with family and friends, the Fan Festival was designed to celebrate the game while showcasing everything that makes Miami unique.
Beyond the matches, visitors can explore interactive fan experiences, hospitality areas, soccer activities, entertainment stages and cultural programming happening throughout the venue. Organizers say the event is intended to capture the energy of the World Cup while giving locals and visitors a place to celebrate together.
Entertainment is also a major part of the experience. Throughout the festival, dozens of local, national and international performers are scheduled to take the stage alongside DJs and cultural acts, helping keep the party going long after the final whistle.
Getting There
The festival takes place at Bayfront Park in the heart of Downtown Miami and organizers strongly encourage guests to use public transportation or rideshare services due to heavy traffic and limited parking during match days.
Nearby transit options include Metrorail, Metromover and Brightline, making it one of the easier large-scale events to access without driving.
What You Can (and Can’t) Bring
Before heading downtown, make sure you know the rules.
Security screenings are required for every guest entering the festival. Bags larger than 12 inches by 12 inches by 6 inches are not permitted, although small clutch bags are allowed.
Guests may bring:
- One sealed plastic refillable water bottle (up to one liter)
- Small cameras
- Ponchos or rain jackets
- Baby strollers and baby formula
- Prescription and over-the-counter medications
Leave these items at home:
- Outside food and drinks
- Alcohol
- Coolers
- Glass or metal containers
- Drones
- Weapons of any kind
- Selfie sticks
- Professional cameras with long lenses
- Chairs, bicycles, scooters and skateboards

Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are also prohibited inside the festival grounds.
Rain or Shine
The FIFA Fan Festival operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, organizers say guests should follow instructions from event staff and public safety officials. Weather updates will be shared through official event channels.
If you happen to lose something while you’re there, a Lost & Found station is located near the main entrance and fountain area. Items are typically held for three days.
Whether you’re there to cheer on your favorite country, catch a live performance or simply soak up the atmosphere, the FIFA Fan Festival offers South Floridians a chance to experience the global celebration without the price tag of a match ticket.
With free admission, live entertainment and a festival atmosphere in the middle of Downtown Miami, this may be one of the best ways to experience World Cup fever all summer long.
Know Before You Go
Admission is free. The FIFA Fan Festival runs daily through July 5 at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami. Gates generally open about 60 minutes before the first match of the day, with final entry approximately 30 minutes before the last match begins. Festival activities continue for roughly 90 minutes after the day’s final broadcast, giving fans plenty of time to celebrate every victory together.
