Tatianna Davis, the reigning Miss Black Miami Gardens Talented Teen USA, is the true definition of excellence, perseverance, and grace under pressure. As she closes the chapter on a remarkable high school journey, her list of accomplishments speaks volumes—and she’s only just getting started. Tatianna will be attending North Carolina Central University this fall, where she plans to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible. And yes, she’s seriously considering competing again in the Miss Black USA pageant system, aiming to elevate her title to a national crown.

Tatianna graduated from William H. Turner Technical Arts High School with honors, holding the title of Cum Laude and ranking in the top 11% of her class. With a weighted GPA of 4.4, she didn’t just meet expectations—she surpassed them. She earned over 30 college credits through Miami Dade College’s Early Admission program, was accepted into more than 35 colleges and universities, and amassed over 2,000 hours of community service. On top of that, she balanced leadership roles as Chief Editor of the school newspaper, Vice-President of the National Honor Society, and 23-24 Treasurer for the Student Government Association. She also served as Secretary for her class and was an active member of Women of Tomorrow.
Tatianna was a fierce competitor and co-captain of the Miami Norland Fierce Flagettes, earning six superior ratings for her performances. She’s OSHA and CPR certified, served as a three-time state qualifier for HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America), and held the position of Parliamentarian in the 2023-2024 academic year. Her impact extended beyond school walls—Tatianna is also the CEO of her own business, T’s Tasty’s Eggrolls, proving her entrepreneurial drive at an early age.

Winning the titles of People’s Choice and Miss Congeniality at Miss Black Miami Gardens USA Talented Teens was more than just a pageant moment—it was a celebration of everything she embodies. In her own words, she summed up her journey best: “High school was an experience filled with obstacles that sometimes felt overwhelming, while the highs felt like being on top of a roller coaster. I am grateful for everything I went through, as it showed me how great I can be. I still have so much more to achieve, and I am prepared to walk in faith.”
At graduation, Tatianna delivered a powerful speech that reflected the strength of her character and the unity of her graduating class. She reminisced about learning vocabulary words in ninth grade and how the word “raise” stayed with her—not just as a verb, but as a mission. She highlighted how parents, teachers, and mentors “raised” their students to be who they are today. But now, it’s the students’ turn to elevate themselves—to become future healthcare professionals, artists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and yes, even millionaires.
“We are the next generation on the front lines… and we will honor [our mentors’] efforts by elevating ourselves to new heights, becoming greater than ever before,” she told her fellow graduates. With poise and authenticity, she reminded them that although their journey of rising doesn’t end at graduation, it’s only just beginning. Her closing line was as memorable as the legacy she leaves behind at Turner Tech: “Eagle, Eagle out.”
As her proud mother, Sonia Frazier, put it in a social media post, “To everyone that has supported and believed in her along the way… thank you will never be enough.” Tatianna Davis is more than a decorated student or a pageant queen—she’s a leader, a dreamer, a doer, and someone who shows what’s possible when preparation meets purpose. The city of Miami Gardens, and soon the world, hasn’t seen the last of her.
