A new women-led financial empowerment summit is coming to South Florida this July with a mission to help local women take control of their finances, careers, and futures.
Project Glow, founded by Miami native Sharde Payne, will take place on Saturday, July 13, 2025 at the Butterflies Event Venue in Miramar, and promises to be more than just another networking event. Designed specifically for women looking to “level up” in life and business, the one-day summit will feature workshops, panel discussions, and interactive sessions focused on money management, entrepreneurship, mindset, and wellness.
Organizers say the event aims to provide both practical tools and a sense of sisterhood.
“Project Glow is a space for women to be empowered financially and emotionally,” stated on the event’s official website. “Whether you’re launching a business, working a 9-to-5, or figuring out your next step, this event is about owning your glow and connecting with other women doing the same.”
The speaker lineup includes influential voices from across industries, including:
- Toni Ballinger, Realtor and Financial Literacy Mentor
- Shaina Brown, CEO of Iconic Realty & Associates
- Tecarra Graham, Educator and Beautypreneur
- Ashley V. Gantt, Florida State Representative (HD 109) and Attorney

Attendees can expect candid conversations around identity, money, and mindset, as well as curated gift bags, access to wellness resources, and continued community support through the event’s “Glow Circle” network.
With financial literacy and economic independence remaining critical issues for women of color, Project Glow organizers say they’re creating a platform that reflects the needs and power of today’s multifaceted woman.
