Kansas City Chiefs’ Marquise Brown Hosts 3rd Annual Hollywood Brown Day in Hollywood, FL

The highly anticipated 3rd Annual Hollywood Brown Day will take place this Saturday, July 13, 2024 in Hollywood, FL. This community-focused event, hosted by NFL’s Marquise Brown of the Kansas City Chiefs’, promises a day full of excitement, giving, and community spirit.

The event is free of charge and designed to cater to the entire family, offering something for everyone and fostering a sense of unity and support within the community.

This FREE 3-part event will include:

  • A FREE community Food Distribution from 10AM – 1PM at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr Community Center located at 2400 Charleston Street in Hollywood, FL. During this event, the Hollywood Brown Foundation will be providing free groceries to 500 families ensuring that local families in need receive essential supplies.
  • A FREE Community Play Day and School Supply Distribution that will feature a community play day with bounce houses, games, music, various activities, free food (while supplies last), and a school supply distribution ensuring that 600 youth athletes and their families are well-prepared for the upcoming school year.
  • A FREE Youth NFL Football Camp from 12 PM to 4 PM at the Hollywood Police Athletic League located at 2311 N 23rd Avenue in Hollywood, FL. This camp is geared towards youth athletes between the ages of 6 – 17 and will be filled with skill-building drills, exciting games, and valuable training sessions led by professional coaches and NFL players. Confirmed NFL players that will be in attendance include Ceedee Lamb (Dallas Cowboys), Rashee Rice (Kansas City Chiefs), Sky Moore (Kansas City Chiefs), Elijah Moore (Cleveland Browns), Dionte Johnson (Carolina Panthers) and Trey Sermon (Indianapolis Colts).

In addition, during this event, Marquise Brown will be awarding his Hollywood Brown Foundation Scholarship to one deserving high school senior.

“This event is all about giving back to the community that supported me growing up,” said Marquise Brown in a press release. “It’s important to me to create opportunities and positive experiences for these kids, just like others did for me. Hollywood Brown Day is a way to show our youth that they are valued and that their dreams are possible.”
