The Biden-Harris campaign and the Florida Democratic Party opened new coordinated campaign offices across the state of Florida dedicated to reelecting President Biden, Vice President Harris, and Democrats up and down the ballot. Eight of the new offices includes those in Broward and Palm Beach counties, marking a major expansion of the campaign’s Florida operation.
“Today’s office openings are a clear demonstration of the Biden-Harris campaign and the Florida Democratic Party’s commitment to Florida,” said Jasmine Burney Clark, Florida State Director for Biden-Harris 2024, in a press release. “These offices will serve as crucial hubs for voter engagement and volunteer coordination, as we continue to get our message to every Floridian about how bad a second Donald Trump term would be for the Sunshine state and our freedoms.”
The eight new office openings included appearances by both national and local leaders. These events aimed to energize volunteers and highlighted the differences between President Biden and the Democrats’ record in Florida compared to the policies of Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans, focusing on issues related to Floridians’ freedoms, economic future, and democracy.
“We’re proud to kick off the opening of our coordinated campaign offices across the state as we work to ignite the grassroots energy that is so important to defeating Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans in Florida,” stated Nikki Fried, Chair of the Florida Democratic Party, in a press release. “I’m thrilled to see our infrastructure expanding, knowing that each new office brings us closer to electing democrats up and down the ballot and reelecting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris to finish the job in November.”
