The holidays can be a tough time of year so it’s always great when others give back to make sure Thanksgiving is a treat for families in need.
On November 20th, City of Miami Gardens Councilman Reggie Leon, Place of Aroma candle company, and other local businesses teamed up to host a turkey drive where they distributed dozens of turkeys to people in need.
“Grateful hearts and full tables! A huge thank you to the generous businesses @rsmackerz @jncyjewelers @msg4_photography @bankunited.official @intromatic_moves @momalliedhealth that contributed to our turkey drive at the senior community in Miami Gardens,” said Carol Edmond, Founder of Place of Aroma and one of the facilitators of the turkey drive. “Your support made it possible to share the joy of a Thanksgiving meal with many families. To those we’ve had the honor of helping, we wish you a feast filled with warmth and gratitude.”
