The upcoming Florida City Student Success Summit is set to bring together nonprofits, government agencies, parents, students, and advocates in an effort to establish a comprehensive support and service delivery network for Florida City’s youth.
Scheduled for Friday, October 27, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at the Florida City Youth Activity Center, this event aims to serve as a platform for practitioners to engage in discussions with local experts, educators, guardians, and students. The event will include design-thinking workshops, where participants will work to develop people-centered solutions with shared goals and approaches.
The Florida City Student Success Summit is supported by the National Partnership for Student Success Community Collaboration Challenge, which seeks to promote evidence-based, community-driven support systems for children and youth by fostering discussions and partnerships at the local level.
The event will provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss how to improve educational and social support systems for Florida City’s youth. This summit is expected to offer practical solutions for enhancing the prospects and well-being of the youth in the community.
