Many know rapper Trina from her top-charting hits like “Here We Go Again,” “Tha Baddest B*tch,” and from the hit VH1 reality TV show ‘Love and Hip-Hop: Miami.’ However, many should know that the Hip-Hop star and Miami rap icon is a real-estate entrepreneur. To expand on her real-estate empire, Trina has recently joined forces with Claudienne Hibbert, a multi-million dollar real-estate investor who hails from Miami Gardens, to increase her real-estate portfolio and share investment opportunities and best practices with aspiring realtors and brokers .
“I learned that owning real-estate was a great way to earn passive income and it was sexy,” said Trina in a social media post. “We are looking to partner with some amazing realtors and brokers – Will it be You?”
According to a Instagram post made by the rap superstar, she began her career in real-estate at the age of 20 but when her music career took off, she decided to shift her focus into being an artist. Now, after successfully cementing herself as a pioneer in the Hip-Hop game, she’s venturing into a new path that she’s loved for many years– real-estate.
Over the years, she’s made investments in various real-estate properties, but she’s now determined to make a significant impact in the real-estate world by helping other to increase their real-estate portfolios, creating opportunities for realtors, creating investors, and informing people on the many investment opportunities in the US and international real-estate markets. By teaming up with Hibbert, Trina aims to assist others in optimizing their real-estate skills and ensure their portfolios flourish to their full potential.
Hibbert, who founded The Hibbert Group Realtors and partners with EXP Realty, said she remembers when the Diamond Princess started her career in real-estate more than 20 years ago but she believes right now is the best time for her to revisit those dreams.
“Her [Trina] music career took off, and she was able to grace the world with so much lyrics and talent. She never forgot about real estate, though. She continued to invest in real estate, and now it’s time to show the world how to tap into the “bag” of real estate,” said Hibbert to Hy-Lo News.
The goal of this partnership is to create awareness about investing in real estate and to provide realtors with successful ways of developing their skill set.
‘Together, we will create a heightened level of homeownership and investment opportunities,” said Hibbert, who went on to breakdown why their partnership is important and what they hope to accomplish.
“We want to create more investors. We create wealth when we own real-estate, and last but not least, we want to increase homeownership. Things are nice, but assets are sexy,” said Hibbert. “People can expect a movement of like-minded individuals increasing their portfolios. We are looking for realtors to partner with in all 50 states and 22 countries.”
The following countries they plan to work in are Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, South Africa, India, Mexico, Portugal, France, Italy, Brazil, Hong Kong, Colombia, Spain, Israel, Panama, Dominican Republic, Greece, Germany, New Zealand, Chile, Poland, and Dubai. Hibbert said they are currently adding countries as they build.
Hibbert and Trina have already attracted other expert realtors to their real-estate team. Hibbert shared that real-estate professionals who work with them can expect expansion of their clientele, increasing their personal real-estate portfolios, and membership in exclusive investment clubs.
“We are looking to make an impact Globally and with the EXP model, we are able to do just that. Realtors will also learn how to increase their sales in both residential and in the commercial sector of real-estate, creating yet another high stream of income,” said Hibbert about the project. “The question becomes, what do you do with that income? It’s very simple: owning real-estate Assets are sexy.”
