Center for Black Innovation Launches Free Cyber Security Course; Enrollment Still Open

If you are seeking a career path in cyber security and technology then the Center for Black Innovation’s (CFBI) new cyber security and technology course is for you. The program offers to open doors to in-demand professional skills and new income opportunities for budding professionals.

The CFBI and its partners invite the community to join their Cyber Warrior Pre-Apprenticeship Program. This 26-week training will fully equip students with hands-on skills as Security Analysts and Cybersecurity Analysts and provide the education to defend an organization’s networks from various cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

Registration is now open, but there are only six seats left and classes are starting soon. To enroll, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

Must be age 18-30

Must live in Miami-Dade, Broward & Monroe Counties

Must have a computer with browser & Internet access

Must be available for evening classes

As a bonus, an $1,000 stipend will be awarded to students upon a successful completion of the Pre- Apprenticeship Program.
