It was a day of empowerment and motivation for Women and Youth. The event was L.O.V.E. Empowerment Day Miami in celebration of Women’s History Month, and it was sponsored by Smart & Sexy Day. In attendance was Enette Henderson, State Farm Agent, Guerna Blot, Nurse Director, Alourdes Pierre, Human Resources Manager, Founder of the Ladies of Valor Empowerment and Youth Of Valor Empowerment (Y.O.V.E.).
Dr. Smith Joseph, Mayor, City of North Miami and Councilman Alix Desulme, Councilman Philippe Bien-Aime and Councilwoman Carol F. Keys, presented the Ladies of Valor Empowerment Organization with Certificate of Recognition for empowering women and you in the City of North Miami for the past 10 years. Judge Fred Seraphin also came o speak to the women and youths.
Hy-Lo News Founder, Janey Tate, was happy to host the event. She was also pleasantly surprised and honored to be chosen as a L.O.V.E ambassador.
