The Center for Family and Child Enrichment, Inc. (CFCE) joins forces with The City of Miami Gardens for the highly anticipated 2nd Annual City of Miami Gardens Mayor’s Ball: An Enchanted Garden. Rescheduled for September 21, 2024, this event promises to be an evening of glamour, fun, philanthropy, and community spirit. The Mayor’s Ball, recognized for its elegance and charitable impact, will bring together influential leaders, community supporters, and distinguished guests to honor the CFCE’s enduring service of over 46 years. CFCE CEO T. Delores Dunn emphasized the event’s significance, stating, “We are shining an even brighter light on the essential work being done to support foster children and families in need within our community, as well as the vibrant spirit of Miami Gardens.”
Guests at the event will enjoy gourmet dining, live entertainment, interactive experiences, and performances, all within the Enchanted Garden theme. Special auction items and other surprises will contribute to an unforgettable night, all aimed at supporting CFCE’s mission.
Mayor Rodney Harris and CEO T. Delores Dunn, alongside CFCE’s Board of Directors and Miami Gardens Councilmembers, will highlight the importance of community support for vulnerable populations. Proceeds from the event will fund CFCE’s services, including healthcare, wellness programs, and educational support for foster children and families in need in Miami Gardens and surrounding areas.
