A former marketing executive, she flourished for 15 years in New York City at companies including L'Oreal USA, The Estée Lauder Companies, Inc., Citigroup and American Express. These experiences and academia honed her detail orientation for design, benefit, value and customer service. For lifestyle balance and flexibility, she returned home to South Florida and her PR roots. She relishes independent, remote work from her sunlit home office and Magic City's active options for cosmopolitan play; a favorite is yoga happy hour on South Beach. Bernie's evolution into real estate was fueled by a zeal for downtown Miami's dynamic growth. She grew up in the community and is a dot connector passionate about matching a client's urban preferences to a "white hot" property for investment, additional residence or relocation. T. Bernie received her Master of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
