Alina McNair is a native of Miami Florida who has dedicated her entire adult life toward serving others. While attending college at Florida State University & graduating Cum Laude with a bachelors of Science Degree in nursing from the illustrious Florida A&M University, she knew that impacting & saving lives was her passion. She is currently fulfilling this passion as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Fl. Alina has been selected and awarded "Emergency Room Nurse of The Year" by her nursing colleagues, physicians and medical staff—becoming one of the first African Americans to be honored with the title. She is described as an excellent nurse, showing great skill, leadership and compassion when caring for patients in the ER. She plans to open a clinic and she is currently the co-owner of the Miss Regal Miami Scholarship pageant, a pageant dedicated to uplifting, inspiring and educating African-American young women in the Miami-Dade County.
