Michael Hall is the founder of Digital Grass, a social impact group and diversity accelerator, Michael's focus is to ensure that diversity is included in the technology and innovation landscape of South Florida. As Senior Managing Partner of MediumFour, Michael oversees the development of technology and marketing solutions to build and brand companies from inception to execution. Michael’s insatiable curiosity and unmatched drive propel Digital Grass’ results. Michael’s business sense started early. After launching his initial business venture at age nine, Michael later launched his first official company at 19. Today, he continues his success as an innovator and proponent of social entrepreneurship through Pretty Fresh, My Drink Ticket, Kurator, Timeline Brewery and Aeolus Motors, LLC (Electronic Motorcycles). Michael recently sold his development company M4Dev to Unicorn, LLC. Committed to transforming the professional landscape in South Florida, Michael has devoted himself to bridging the diversity gap in technology. From seeking to support Digital Grass, #W3RTech a social awareness effort for Diversity Inclusion in Technology and others as conduits for diversity professional development, to volunteering as a youth mentor with organizations such as The White House initiative My Brothers Keeper, #YesWeCode & Code Fever, his vision for progress is unwavering.
