Question @ Dr. Holder, (15:00 – 16:12) There are plenty of alternatives (ivermectin, fasting (autophagy), reducing and eliminating comorbidities, lose weight, and many others). “At some point, you have to trust somebody….” Dr. Rosalind Osgood. I don’t think it’s wise to trust an experimental so-called vaccine by those who have historically and contemporarily profited off of disasters. It’s wise to wear a mask, practice social distancing and in addition to exercise, supplements, and reducing stress; follow the wisdom of Hippocrates (Who Doctors take their oath to) and the Bible “The herbs are for the healing of the nations.” – Revelation 22:2
